In other weight-loss related news, I took a chance and bought a couple new pairs of jeans from Kohls.com a few weeks back . . . they came last week and they FIT!! It's really super exciting to not have to be constantly hiking up my jeans, as they were always sliding down since I started losing. :D
So, here are a few weight/fitness goals for April. April is a tricky month because we have 3 birthdays in our family . . . so there will be lots of opportunities to exhibit self-control. :)
- Exercise 3-5 days every week
- Continue to drink 3 bottles of water (or more) 5-6 days/week
- Start working out with the 30 Day Shred DVD (yikes, I think I'm crazy!)
- Continue to limit sugar
- Continue to work on portion control
- Lose at least 3 pounds
I also lost 1.5 inches off my waist this month, which was quite exciting! All my other measurements stayed the same. I don't set measurement goals, but I am happy every time I see a little difference. :)
