I made 2 loaves of Italian bread . . .
a batch of granola . . .
scones (from a mix), muffins, and 4 loaves of wheat bread!
Today I caught up on bills and other financial stuff . . . tomorrow I need to clean a little more, hopefully bake cookies, and get ready for my in-laws' arrival tomorrow night!

Mmmmm bread. I wanted to make bread today, but it is so hard to knead with a teething crabby baby clinging to you!

Yum. That's all that needs to be said ;-) Plus, have you ever posted your granola recipe? I have one I use, but I don't LOVE it, so I'm always tweaking it & it's not consistent. I'd maybe like to try something new...
