I saw this quiz over at The Sparrow's Nest, and thought some of you might enjoy it, too. It's not exhaustive, by any means, but it did include a few rather obscure questions. If you're a big Anne fan like me, you'll probably do well!

I love Anne of Green Gables. I've only watched the movies though. I had to guess at some of the answers but I must have guessed them correctly as it seemed that I got all of them right. What a hoot!
I made your baguette recipe again today. I wanted to tell you what I have done with them so far. I freeze them and then use them for garlic bread, cheesy garlic bread and "french bread" pizzas. I tried the pizzas today for the first time and my husband LOVED them. I also was wondering if I could shape them into smaller rolls and use them with your mom's beef sandwich recipe. I'll have to give it a try. This has become a standby in my freezer. Doing garlic bread this way is better for you, more economical and much tastier. What a versatile recipe! I am so grateful that you posted it for us. Have a great weekend.

Rachel, you will have to read the books sometime--they are SO good!! Thanks so much for sharing what you've been doing with the baguette recipe!! Those are some fabulous ideas and I'm going to copy you! I bet they would work as sandwich rolls too. I am going to have to make some more soon, just so I can try your ideas. :)
