I recently heard about Swagbucks (and I'm sure any of you who read Money Saving Mom did too!) and just thought I would quickly do a post about it. It's a search engine similar to Google, where you earn "swagbucks" for doing searches. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and so far I've earned 29 swagbucks. You don't usually earn them for every search you do--it's pretty random. Most of my searches have earned only 1 swagbuck, although today we earned 10 with a search Jim did, which was pretty cool! As you accumulate more and more swagbucks, you can then redeem them for various prizes. For example, 45 swagbucks can earn a $5 Amazon gift card, 220 swagbucks can earn a $20 Target gift card, etc. It does take a while for them to add up, but hey, it's an easy way to eventually earn something fun and useful. :) Also, if any of you haven't signed up yet, but would like to do so through my link, either in this post or in the sidebar, I'll earn extra bucks for getting friends to sign up, and you'll earn 3 bucks to get you started! I love swagbucks! I'm personally on the way to that $20.00 target gift card to help buy some formula. :)
