Pictures!

I planned this to be a post of kid pictures, but it ended up that most of my recent pics were just of Julia . . . so there is only one with Sam in it. I'll have to take more of him soon, so he won't feel left out! Anyway, here are some from the past couple weeks.

We have this blue foam exercise mat that the kids love to play with. Julia was cracking us up one day because it was making her hair go crazy with static. :) Jim did a good job capturing it on camera!
Trying on a new dress that I got her at Marshall's. What a blessing it was to find this adorable toile dress (and matching doll dress) marked down to $7, and just her size! She will be wearing it for her 2 year pictures, whenever we get those done--probably sometime in May. Sorry for the blurriness; she was on the move, but I liked the picture in spite of that.
Yet another new dress--this one is from Kohl's. She was getting tired of modeling and wanted to take it off. And yes, this was another on-the-move picture!
One of her favorite things to do lately is scribble on paper, or as she says, "Make a pen!" We are in the process of trying to teach her not to write on books and walls. :)

And finally, one of Sam with 2 new toys which he bought with his birthday money--a bulldozer and a tractor. Julia thinks they are pretty cool, too. :) Oh, and the reason she doesn't have any pants on--she's been wanting to sit on the potty a lot lately (though she doesn't "do" much) and we hadn't gotten the pants back on her yet. :)
