Something new

Our old vacuum that we'd had since we got married officially died this week. So on Wednesday, we headed to Lowe's and came home with this new addition to our household. So far, I love it!! It's a Bissell Lift-Off Revolution Pet (supposedly really good at picking up pet hair) bagless. We don't have any pets, but we really liked the features of this vacuum. The canister is detachable--great for cleaning the car, climbing ladders to clean the ceiling fans, cleaning stairs, etc. There is a turn off button for the brush, and a special setting just for vacuuming bare floors. The dirt catching thingy is very easy to remove and clean, and 2 of the 3 filters can be washed with water and detergent (the third is a Hepa filter). Also, the vacuum can lay completely flat to get under furniture better. The suction on this thing is amazing! It also has a small brush attachment for getting into those narrow areas of carpet. Needless to say, I am pretty excited about my new tool. :) $169.99 at Lowe's, or you can buy it at Amazon for the same price. Highly recommended!!
