Pictures from this week

We had some friends over for lunch on Friday. Sam and his little friend Beka had a fun time playing with trains together. It took Sam a while to share them with her instead of trying to get as many away from her as he could. :) One funny story I have to tell: As many of you know, all the trains are made with magnets on front and back to hook them together. Well, I was trying to get Sam to share while they were playing, and he had several trains that he was playing with, while Beka played with several others. At one point, he went over to her with Salty (one of his engines) and started handing it to her (we thought). I was just starting to congratulate him for being a good boy and sharing his engine, when I realized he was actually using the magnet to try to pick up one of the trains she had, to steal it from her! I couldn't help it; I burst out laughing! It's amazing what kids come up with all by themselves! :D

The other picture is from the same day. Sam has chocolate all over his face, but I thought it was still a cute picture. I think he looks a lot like his daddy in this one!
