Yes, I do love how much newborns sleep! She's already starting to grow out of that stage, though . . . :(
We're about a half hour from a nice lake beach, a state park, actually. It costs $3 to get in, but kids under 6 are free, so it's pretty reasonable. We're about 2+ hours from the ocean, and I haven't been to an ocean beach in almost 3 years! Maybe this summer . . . sigh . . . I love the ocean. :)
