A post a day--Dec. 24: Christmas Eve

If you came to my house today, here are some things you would see.  (Thanks to my hubby and kids helping, most of the house is fairly clean right now . . . just don't look in the bedrooms . . . or too closely at the kitchen! :))

many games of Dutch Blitz

Sam's "Peppermint Express" gingerbread cookie train

a special book to read before bed

my treasured nativity

living room all bright and sparkly

Christmasy teapot votive holder

and a matching teacup!

a domed winter scene that I made using a *free* cake cover, a plate, and dollar store figures

piles of presents waiting to be unwrapped

Julia's gingerbread train

and a special Christmas Eve supper of stuffed shells and garlic bread . . . yummy!

Happy Christmas Eve to all of my bloggy friends!!! :)
