Weighing in: Week 7
Even though I've not been doing the best with exercise for the past few weeks, I'm going to keep setting a goal of 4-5 times each week, because it's helpful to aim high. Hopefully this week will be better! It's very encouraging at least to see that the weight is still coming off, slowly but surely.
So . . . 8 more pounds to goal! And three more that I need to lose to hit my mini-goal by the end of April. It might be a little challenging considering that we have 3 birthdays in the next month, but I'll do my best! :) How are the rest of you doing with your weight loss/exercise goals?
