I *think* I lost another pound this week (like I've said, it's hard to read those little lines for sure, but it looked a little lower than last week :)). I'm gonna assume that it's telling me the truth. :) I still didn't do so great with exercise (3 days out of 5), but I did do mostly really well with the "No S diet" that I'm trying. I slacked off a bit on water intake, though, and I can tell the difference when I do! Back on track this week, I hope.
Even though I've not been doing the best with exercise for the past few weeks, I'm going to keep setting a goal of 4-5 times each week, because it's helpful to aim high. Hopefully this week will be better! It's very encouraging at least to see that the weight is still coming off, slowly but surely.
So . . . 8 more pounds to goal! And three more that I need to lose to hit my mini-goal by the end of April. It might be a little challenging considering that we have 3 birthdays in the next month, but I'll do my best! :) How are the rest of you doing with your weight loss/exercise goals? Let's encourage each other in the comments!

Congratulations!
This week I didn't do so well with walking -- 3 days out of 7 -- or with my exercise routine -- 2 days out of 5. I didn't do so well with eating healthy at the beginning of the week, but things got better as the week went on and I started eliminating sweets and seconds for the weekdays. I found that I didn't care for seconds on the weekend either, and didn't eat as many sweets as I might usually on the weekend. I got plenty of sleep. I did pretty well drinking water (and iced green tea) this week.
All in all, not a bad week, but I'm hoping for a better one this time around!
I am off the wagon. It's time to stage an intervention.
Although, I don't think it's truly an intervention if I ask for it, right?
Anyway, I didn't get enough sleep and I ate like a growing boy, but I did exercise a lot (every day but Sunday).
A righteous man falls seven times & gets back up, right? That's my prayer for this week.
Great job to you, Carrie. Keep that little needle sliding down the lines!
