Baby is still comfy inside, and I am getting more un-comfy inside and outside! :) Also, I have caught the kids' cold, which is making things a little more fun . . . but it's not super bad, and hopefully won't last long. My midwife called today to let me know she's back in town, so I am very happy about that. And hoping that baby may still come this week sometime! I'll keep you posted. In the meantime, if I don't go into labor before then, I have another checkup tomorrow afternoon. I'll try to update the pregnancy blog sometime after that.
In other news . . . Julia's 2nd birthday is coming right up (next Tuesday--and wouldn't it be funny if the baby came on that day too?), and her birthday just happens to be Ben & Jerry's 30th birthday . . . and it also happens to be Free Cone Day at their Scoop Shops! You can check out their website here and find out if there's a participating shop in your area.
Well, I'm off to bed now . . . hope you're all having a great week so far, and thanks so much for your prayers!!

Carrie, I'm glad to hear that you are doing well (although I'm sure uncomfortable) and that your midwife is back in town. I can't wait to hear the birth story of this little one. I'll be praying that all goes smoothly.
I've been wondering about you! I'll be praying during these next eventful weeks for you and your family! How exciting!!!!!
I sure hope you get over you cold soon, that's the last thing you need going on right now!
ANd now you've made me hungry for ice cream, and it's not even lunch time yet.
I'm praying for you! I am so happy that you will be able to have your midwife attend to your birth. Not too much longer!
We love Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream even though we are not fans of their political views. I found out that there is a Ben and Jerry's down here that is close to us and participates in Free Cone Day:). I'll have to let my husband know!
Aw, shucks. I thought you might have had the baby, since you haven't posted in a while.
Carrie, I've been wondering about your status. I'll be praying for you as you go into this weekend (or maybe something has happened since your post??). I'm very glad your midwife will be available; that has to be a relief to your mind. Take care & hang in there!
