I got this fun little quiz from
Mrs. B's blog. Although I don't think it had enough questions to make it really accurate, it was still fun to do. I think I had taken this quiz before, but I don't think I ever posted it here--hope not! Anyway, much as I love Anne, I admit that I'd prefer to be Valancy (
The Blue Castle) or Jane (of
Lantern Hill), as those are probably my most favorite LMM novels.
I hope some others will have fun with this one, as well. :)
Here's the link.

I was Jane - but since I've never read the book, I have no clue what that means. :)
Thanks for the fun! Nice stress-buster. Guess what?? I'm Jane!!
Hey Carrie! I just found your blog through Jenny Muth's blog. Good to see you--even if it is on a computer screen--looks like you are doing well. . . I am having fun coming across nbbc alumni blogs!
Nicki Tolosa
I too thought the questions/answers weren't varied enough to be all that accurate....I was Kilmeny!!!
The Blue Castle is one of my favorites too - it and A Tangled Web - although I do really enjoy all her books
Sandra--it's a good book. :) Both you and Mrs. T have my envy because Jane is a neat character!
Nicki--Hi!! It was great to hear from you. Hope you and your family are doing well! You're right, it is so much fun to come across other alumni through the blog world. :) Please come visit here anytime!
Joanne--I didn't know you were mute! :) Just kidding . . . Kilmeny was a neat character, too, although it's not my fav. book. I had forgotten about A Tangled Web--will have to read that one again sometime, as I remember it being very good. I think maybe our library has it. Come to think of it, I don't own The Blue Castle, either. I think I will have to get that one sometime!
Thanks for the suggestion to go on her blog. What a blessing it is to have more ideas to keep my 4 under control :) at the table!! thanks. Good to see your blog too!!! Your kids are adorable.
Hi Carissa! Glad her site was helpful to you. :) I have found so many great ideas through blogging! I checked out your blog, too, and I have to say your kids are adorable as well!! I can't believe you have twins--WOW!!! Very cool. I bet there is never a dull moment at your house. :) Thanks for stopping by!
Zan, you're right--both those books are so romantic! I just love the ending of The Blue Castle. I only wish there was a sequel!
And yes, I have read the Pat books (a long time ago), and enjoyed them. I do remember them being one of her sadder series, but at least they ended happily. :)
Mindee, LMM is a must read!! I definitely think you would enjoy them. I don't have all of her books, but you can borrow any that I have! Probably you could find a lot of them at your local library, too.
